What many don’t realize is that Tom Brown’s is truly a local mom-and-pop restaurant. Tom and Ashley are deeply involved in the day-to-day, working alongside the team to ensure every guest experience reflects the heart behind the brand.

After experiencing all the area had to offer, Tom and Ashley Brown decided to plant roots and begin their next adventure. Fueled by their love for food—and Tom’s passion for cooking—they brought Tom Brown’s to life. Some of their family’s favorite memories were made around the dinner table, enjoying Tom’s signature recipes. They knew they had to share that same intimate experience with the community—and so, Tom Brown’s Restaurant was born.
