Our recipes are made from scratch at Tom Brown’s and only use the finest ingredients. From our delicious meals, extraordinary atmosphere, and staff’s southern hospitality, you will feel right at home while you make memories that will last a lifetime!

Our goal is to serve the highest quality ingredients, and our steaks deliver! Tom Brown’s proudly serves Certified Angus Beef®. This elite beef is genuine perfection. Each steak is wet-aged for a minimum of 21 days, and every steak is hand-cut by our staff.

Tom Brown’s has fresh, never frozen fish flown in each week. Yes, you read that correctly. We fly our fish in weekly! Our fresh fish comes from as far as the waters off of the coast of Honolulu, Hawaii.

After seeing what the area offers, Tom and Ashley Brown decided to plant roots and start their next adventure. Their love for food and Tom’s passion for cooking inspired them to create Tom Brown’s. Some of their family’s fondest memories are enjoying Tom’s delicious recipes around the dinner table. So they knew they had to offer that intimate experience to the community! Thus, Tom Brown’s Restaurant was born.  

 

Meet Tom Brown

Meet the man behind Tom Brown’s Restaurant – Tom Brown. At 13 years old, Tom began his first job as a dishwasher in a bustling restaurant. He quickly realized there was something special about the restaurant industry. The fast-paced environment, the energy, and the excitement invigorated him, and his love for all things food was born.

Throughout the years he has worn many hats working in real estate, sales, and as a licensed pilot and flight instructor. Yet, his dream has always been to own and operate his own restaurant. When Tom and Ashley opened Tom Brown’s Restaurant, his dream became reality.

You can find Tom creating new recipes and helping the Tom Brown’s Restaurant kitchen team cook up delicious meals throughout the week, hanging with his family, or flying an airplane.
